Terms and Conditions for OfferLens

By downloading or using the OfferLens mobile application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

OfferLens is a free-to-use application that aggregates publicly available offer information about banks, card issuers, and merchants. Premium features are available via in-app purchases.

• OfferLens is an independent, unofficial aggregator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card issuer, or merchant named or displayed in the App. All bank and merchant names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.
• You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to OfferLens.

2. Accuracy of Information

OfferLens summarizes and displays offers from various banks and merchants. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the validity of any offer.
• Users must verify the final price, terms, and conditions on the official merchant/bank website before proceeding with a transaction.
• OfferLens is not responsible for any financial loss or disappointment resulting from expired or incorrectly listed offers.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

• Non-premium users will see advertisements (banners and interstitials).
• Premium status is a one-time, lifetime purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks features like the "Smart Wallet" filter.
• Purchases are processed via the Google Play Store. Refund requests must be handled through Google Play's official channels.

4. Affiliate Links & How We Make Money

Some links in the App are affiliate or referral links. If you follow one of these links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the merchant or an affiliate network, at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link.

• This does not influence what we show you. Offers are selected and ranked on their value to users, not on whether they earn us a commission. We display offers that pay us nothing — including bank-portal offers where the bank, not OfferLens, receives any commission.
• We are not paid to recommend any bank, card or merchant. We have no commercial arrangement with the banks whose offers we list, and listing an offer is not an endorsement.
• Earning a commission does not affect your discount. Where an offer requires you to start from a bank's own page to qualify, we send you there — even though we earn nothing from it — because going directly to the merchant would cost you the discount.
• We also earn revenue from advertisements shown to non-premium users, and from optional Premium purchases.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the App secure.
• OfferLens will never ask for your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, net-banking password or full card details. Some offers require you to verify your details on the bank's own website; that always happens on the bank's official site, never inside OfferLens. Treat any app or message claiming to be OfferLens and asking for these details as fraudulent.
• We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs and compromise your phone's security features.

6. Data Sourcing & Merchant Control

Offer data displayed in the App is currently sourced and reviewed manually by our team. We do not currently operate automated web scraping; if we introduce any automated data collection in the future, we will honor robots.txt and applicable scraping restrictions. Merchants and banks can request removal of their offers at any time via our Merchant Opt-Out Form.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
